Elderberry Purple Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe
2 cups of shredded purple cabbage
1 cup of shredded carrot
1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon of Elderflower Nectar
1/2 tablespoon of Elderberry Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of celery seed
1/2 teaspoon of dill weed
Mix shredded cabbage and carrots together in a bowl. Combine the
mayonnaise, Elderflower Nectar, Elderberry Wine Vinegar, and spices in a separate bowl then stir in your dressing until well distributed throughout the shredded cabbage and carrots.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then stir again before serving. Enjoy!
